Return Policy
This policy explains the cancellation and refund processes for paid (premium) subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the VIGOR mobile application. Since no paid sales are made through the website, refund requests are not processed directly through the website.

2) Scope
VIGOR premium features are purchased exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play via "in-app purchase." Payment, billing, and most refund processes are subject to the rules of the relevant platform.
No subscription fee is charged through www.vigor-app.com or any other web address; therefore, the majority of refund requests are handled directly through Apple or Google.
3) Subscription Cancellation
- To stop renewal or cancel your subscription, you must use the subscription settings of the relevant store.
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or via the App Store app).
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation generally allows you to retain premium access until the end of the current billing period; exact terms may vary according to store policy.
4) Refunds
- You must first submit your refund requests through the support and refund processes of the platform (Apple / Google) through which you made the payment.
- The platform decides whether to accept the refund according to its own terms of use and applicable consumer legislation.
- Annual package: If a refund is requested after the service has actually been used, a pro-rated (partial) refund may be applied or the refund may be declined, in accordance with the period used and platform rules.
- Monthly subscription: Generally, periodic billing terms apply; the refund of fees paid for the relevant period is subject to platform policies and applicable legislation.
