2) Nature of the Service

VIGOR is a digital application offering workout planning, tracking, logging, and progress visualization features. The content provided is for general informational purposes only and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

3) Membership and Account

• Users may create an account or log in via e-mail, Google, or Apple.
• The security of account credentials is the user's responsibility.
• Creating an account with false, incomplete, or another person's information is prohibited.
• In cases of suspected or abusive use, accounts may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

4) Age Requirement

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the application individually.
• For persons under 14 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must submit a written application containing a power of attorney and all required information to info@vigor-app.com by e-mail. Registration and approval are reviewed by the Company; no account will be created or service provided without approval.
• Parental/legal guardian supervision is recommended for users aged 14 and above but under 18.
• Where local legislation sets a higher age requirement, the relevant legislation applies.

5) Pricing, Premium, and In-App Purchases

• Access to premium features is provided through in-app purchases.
• The most common plan type is based on a monthly payment basis; plans of different durations may also be offered.
• No payments are taken through the website; payments are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play infrastructures.
• Prices, promotions, and package contents may vary by country/store.

6) Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Subscription cancellation is handled through the user's relevant app store (Apple/Google) account settings.
• In the case of an annual package purchase and a refund request after the service has been used, the refund amount may be calculated on a pro-rated basis based on the period used and/or store terms.
• Refunds are subject to the rules of the platform (App Store / Google Play) through which the payment was made; the final refund decision may be made in accordance with the relevant platform's policies.
• Subject to legal obligations, refund assessments may take into account the period and content actually used by the user.

7) Health, Fitness, and Disclaimer

Workout, fitness, nutrition, or performance content in the application is of a general informational nature. Users vary in age, health condition, injury history, and physical capacity.

Therefore, the recommendations in the application do not replace individual medical assessment and do not create any guarantee of results for the Company. It is recommended to consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before starting exercise.

• The user acknowledges that they are aware of the risks that may arise from exercises and acts at their own responsibility.
• Damages arising from incorrect technique, overloading, or use of inappropriate equipment are the user's responsibility.

8) User Obligations and Prohibitions

• Not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Not to attempt to breach application security.
• Not to create content/posts that violate the rights of other persons.
• Not to abuse the service with automated tools or engage in reverse engineering.

9) Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights relating to the application, website, brand, logo, design, text, and all other content belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10) Changes to the Service and Access

• The Company may change the scope of the service and premium features with prior notice.
• Temporary interruptions in service may occur due to maintenance, updates, or mandatory technical reasons.
• The Company may restrict certain features for security and regulatory reasons.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, technical failures originating from devices/accounts, or service interruptions arising from third-party platforms (Apple/Google, etc.).

12) Duration and Termination of Agreement

• These terms remain in effect for as long as the user uses the application.
• The user may request account closure or subscription cancellation at any time.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of use contrary to these terms.

13) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Mersin (Yenisehir) have jurisdiction.
