Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been prepared in connection with the sale of the paid (premium) digital service offered through the VIGOR mobile application, within the framework of applicable consumer protection legislation and distance contracts regulations. No paid sales are made through the website; payment is made exclusively through the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play).

Buyer (Consumer)
The natural or legal person who is registered with the VIGOR application and who purchases a premium subscription or similar paid digital service through an in-app purchase.
Article 2 — Subject of the Agreement
The subject of the Agreement is the Buyer's purchase of digital content / digital service (subscription or scope and duration as defined in the app store) that provides access to premium (paid) features within the VIGOR mobile application offered by the Seller.
Paid purchases are made solely through Apple App Store or Google Play via "in-app purchase," not through www.vigor-app.com or any other web address.
Article 3 — Nature, Duration, and Price of the Service
- The scope, duration, and current price of the premium service are subject to the information displayed in the relevant app store and within the application at the time of purchase.
- Generally, a monthly subscription model may be used; annual or other duration packages may also be offered.
- Prices, taxes, and currency may vary depending on the user's region and store policies.
- Payment is charged through the payment method associated with your store account.
Article 4 — Order and Delivery
- The order is completed when the Buyer selects the premium package within the application and store approval is obtained.
- The digital service is activated on your account after payment and store approval; no physical delivery is involved.
- In the event of technical issues, the Seller makes reasonable efforts to resolve them within a reasonable time; matters outside the Seller's direct control due to store or third-party infrastructure delays are reserved.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
Consumer protection legislation provides for the consumer's right of withdrawal in distance contracts. However, for services performed instantly in a digital environment and digital content delivered instantly, there are cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised or may be limited under the conditions set forth in the legislation.
If the premium service is activated on your account and made available to you upon purchase, the right of withdrawal may be deemed waived or restricted under applicable legislation; this is also subject to the disclosures shown by the store and the application during the purchase process.
To stop renewal or cancel your subscription, you must do so through the subscription settings of the relevant app store (Apple / Google).
Article 6 — Returns and Refunds
- Refund requests are primarily subject to the refund and support rules of the platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) through which the payment was made.
- In the case of an annual package purchase and a refund request after the service has actually been used, a pro-rated refund may be applied in accordance with the period used and/or platform rules.
- Subject to legal obligations, the period and content benefited by the consumer may be taken into account in refund assessments.
Article 7 — Buyer Declaration and Responsibility
- The Buyer acknowledges having read the information regarding price, duration, scope, and automatic renewal (if any) before purchase.

Article 8 — Personal Data

Article 9 — Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- You may submit your complaints and requests via info@vigor-app.com or 05335579615.
- In consumer matters, the relevant consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, and other legal remedies remain available.
Article 10 — Entry into Force
The Buyer is deemed to have electronically accepted this agreement upon completing the in-app purchase. The Agreement is valid for as long as it is published on the website by the Seller; updates are announced on the site.
