Membership Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding membership and account creation in the VIGOR mobile application. By downloading the application and creating an account or logging in, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this document.
1) Parties and Definitions

Member: The natural person who has created an account in the VIGOR application or who uses the service with an existing account. Service: The VIGOR mobile application and related digital features (workout tracking, programs, logs, etc.).
2) Subject and Acceptance of Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the legal framework for the Member's access to services provided through VIGOR. Membership is evaluated together with the Terms of Use, this Membership Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and (for paid features) the Distance Sales Agreement.
Creating an account or logging in means accepting the terms set out in these documents.
3) Membership Requirements and Account Creation
- The Member declares that their account information is accurate, current, and belongs to them; accounts may not be opened on behalf of others without authorization.
- Login can be made via e-mail and password or through third-party providers such as Apple or Google.
- Password and account security are the Member's responsibility; the Company must be notified immediately in case of suspected use.
- The same person may be limited to a single account by the Company to prevent abuse.
4) Age and Eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an individual membership and account in VIGOR.
- For persons under 14 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must send a written application containing a power of attorney and all required information to info@vigor-app.com by e-mail. The Company reviews the application and, if deemed appropriate, initiates the registration/approval process; membership will not be established for these persons without approval.
- Parental/legal guardian supervision is recommended for members aged 14 and above but under 18; the Company may request additional verification in suspicious cases.
5) Member Rights
- Access to features within the service scope, in accordance with the account type.
- Rights regarding personal data within the scope of applicable data protection regulations (Privacy Policy).
- For paid subscriptions, the right to initiate cancellation and refund processes within the framework of the store and applicable legislation.
- The right to request account closure and membership termination via in-app options or by contacting the Company (subject to data retention obligations).
6) Member Obligations
- To use the service only in a lawful manner and in compliance with this agreement.
- Not to violate the rights of other members, the Company, or third parties.
- Not to damage the application, engage in reverse engineering, or abuse it with automated systems.
- To evaluate workout and health-related content within the framework of their own risk and the opinion of a qualified expert.
7) Paid Membership (Premium) and Payment
Access to premium or similar paid features is provided through in-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play). No membership fee is charged through the website. Price, duration, renewal, and cancellation conditions are subject to the relevant store rules and the Distance Sales Agreement and Terms of Use.
8) Account Suspension and Membership Termination
- The Company may temporarily suspend an account or terminate membership in cases of security, regulatory compliance, breach of agreement, or suspected abuse.
- The Member may close their account or cancel their subscription through store settings or in-app guidance.
- After termination, data processing may continue as required by legal retention obligations or applicable regulations (Privacy Policy).
9) Personal Data
Personal data processed during membership and service use is processed in accordance with the purposes and legal grounds explained in the Privacy Policy.
10) Changes to Agreement
The Company may update this agreement in line with legal regulations or service improvements. Material changes may be announced via in-app notifications or e-mail; the current text is published on the website. Continuing to use the service after a change may indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
11) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Mersin (Yenisehir) have jurisdiction.
