Calculate your max weight
In strength training, knowing your one-rep maximum (1RM) is the foundation of programming. Percentage-based programs (70%, 80%, 90%, etc.) require this number to prescribe accurate loads. But attempting a true 1RM every training day is both exhausting and risky.
VIGOR automatically calculates your estimated 1RM from the sets and reps you log. If you hit 100 kg for 5 reps, the app takes that data and estimates your maximum using established sports science formulas — so you can build a percentage-based program without ever needing to test your true max.
Follow your favorite athletes' programs
Many athletes structure their training around the programs of a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or fitness influencer they admire. VIGOR makes this far easier: through the athlete programs feature, you can browse the training frameworks of well-known athletes and coaches, and integrate any of them into your own plan.
