Core tracking features are free for life: set, rep, and weight logging; workout history; calendar; personal record tracking. An optional subscription plan is available for certain premium features — you never need to pay for basic tracking.

Yes. VIGOR is available on both the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android), free to download. The full feature set is available on both platforms.

Yes, workout tracking works fully offline. You can log sets, reps, and weights without any internet connection. Your data syncs automatically to the cloud when connectivity is restored.

Yes. You can use the ready-made program library or build your own from scratch. Each exercise can have sets, rep ranges, and rest times assigned. Programs you create are saved to your account and synced across devices.

Yes. Past performance data is saved for every exercise. You can track personal records (PRs), strength progress over time, and workout consistency through charts. The calendar view shows which days you trained and your current streak.

No. Your data is securely backed up to the cloud. When you install VIGOR on a new device and log into your account, your full workout history will be restored automatically.

VIGOR supports barbell, dumbbell, cable machine, Smith machine, kettlebell, bodyweight, resistance bands, and more. You can filter exercises by equipment type and search the full movement library to find exactly what you need.

In VIGOR, you can directly follow programs created by well-known athletes and coaches. These are accessible from the "Programs" tab in the app. Once you start a program, all training days and movements guide you through the plan.

VIGOR currently supports Turkish and English. Language can be changed in the app settings.
